1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 788wln platform — whether through the website, the Android app, or any other supported access method — and by creating an account, you confirm that:

• You have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• You understand that online gaming involves real money and real financial risk.
• You accept that 788wln reserves the right to amend these terms with reasonable notice.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 788wln, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with the balance withheld.
• Be an individual person — accounts for companies, organisations or groups are not permitted.
• Not already hold an active account on 788wln. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

788wln reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot be verified. This is a standard requirement and is in place to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

3 Registration & Verification

When registering on 788wln, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact number and any other details requested during the registration process.

You must not register using false information, another person's details, or information you do not have the right to use. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure with any balance forfeited.

At various points — particularly when requesting a withdrawal or if your account activity triggers a compliance review — 788wln may request documents to verify your identity. These typically include:

• A government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport).
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing the same phone number registered on 788wln).
• Additional documentation if required by our compliance process.

Withdrawals may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a standard anti-fraud and player protection measure and is not intended to withhold legitimate winnings.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 788wln are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other supported mobile wallets. There is no platform fee charged on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your 788wln account instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact player support with the transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 788wln reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating account if the source cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your 788wln account are processed in PKR. Withdrawals are generally paid to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.

Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method and your current VIP tier. Standard accounts receive regular processing, while VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from faster turnaround times. Diamond tier members receive priority instant processing.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account.
• You cannot withdraw a balance that consists of uncleared bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals to a different account or person than the registered account holder are not permitted.
• 788wln reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide these documents may result in the withdrawal request being held.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

788wln offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to terms that are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. General conditions that apply to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance and any associated winnings become withdrawable. The exact requirement is stated on each offer.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period stated on the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may forfeit the previous one.
• Bonus funds may carry restrictions on which games contribute to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute at a different rate to casino games. Full contribution rates are listed on each individual offer page.
• The free bets and cricket bonus offers available during PSL and T20 series are subject to the same general bonus terms unless their individual offer pages state otherwise.

788wln reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an active bonus if a technical or administrative error has occurred, and to withhold winnings if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 788wln, including cricket, PSL, football and esports markets.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is placed; the odds at the moment of confirmation are the ones that apply.
• Where a match is abandoned, voided or not completed within the required timeframe, bets will generally be settled according to our specific sport-by-sport rules — consult the rules section within the sports betting lobby for the applicable sport.
• Live in-play bets are placed at risk. If there is a delay in accepting a bet due to connectivity or system issues, the bet may be rejected and stakes returned to your account.
• In the event of a clearly incorrect price being offered due to a technical error, 788wln reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This will be communicated to affected players.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits for each market are displayed at the time of bet placement. Attempting to place bets exceeding permitted limits will result in the stake being automatically adjusted or the bet rejected.

All bets placed on 788wln are binding once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to check the details of each bet before confirming. 788wln cannot reverse a bet that has been correctly placed at the player's instruction.

8 Casino & Games

The casino and games section of 788wln — including Live Casino, Slots and Table Games — operates under the following conditions:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealers operating under standard card game protocols. Results are determined by chance.
• Game malfunctions void all plays and stakes. If a technical fault interrupts a game session, the stake for that round will be returned to your account and the session closed.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering real PKR funds. Demo or practice modes are available on selected games to familiarise yourself before committing real money.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and table games are available in the game information panel within each game.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 788wln account credentials, including your username and password.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 788wln account and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable any available account security features, such as two-factor verification where offered.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact player support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

788wln will never contact you by phone, email or message asking for your full password or your payment method PIN. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

We take technical security seriously — all data is transmitted over encrypted connections and payment details are handled through secure, industry-standard processes. However, account security also depends on you maintaining safe practices on your own devices.

10 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 788wln and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software — bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets, interact with the platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using third parties to claim bonuses on your behalf, or any pattern of behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended use.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in casino games such as poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or insider information — placing bets using information that is not publicly available or that relates to prearranged outcomes.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform. Accounts involved in chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering activity. 788wln takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and will cooperate fully with any relevant investigation.

11 Responsible Gaming

788wln takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.

12 Account Closure

• Active bonuses and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds will be removed at the time of account closure.
• Account data will be retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

788wln may also close or suspend your account at its discretion if you breach these terms, if your account is involved in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if continued operation of the account presents a compliance or integrity risk. In such cases, the decision on whether to return any balance will depend on the nature of the activity involved.

13 Limitation of Liability

788wln provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by:

• Platform downtime for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network problems.
• Third-party payment provider delays or outages affecting JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer transactions.
• Any technical fault that does not result in a financial loss to the player (for example, a game session that ends in a draw due to a disconnection — stakes are returned in this case).

In no event will 788wln's liability to any player exceed the amount of the player's real-money account balance at the time of the issue giving rise to the claim.

14 Changes to These Terms

788wln reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify players through a notice on the platform or by email to the registered address. Minor editorial changes — such as correcting typographical errors or improving clarity — may be made without specific notification.

The date at the top of this page will always reflect when the terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
